Privacy Policy

1. Overview

KaCard is a personal credit card management tool. We do not run our own servers for your card data. All sensitive information stays on your device unless you enable iCloud sync (handled by Apple).

2. Data We Collect

We do not collect: credit card numbers, CVV, statements, reward balances, personal identifiers. We only store the data you enter locally. No analytics SDKs, no third-party trackers, no ads.

3. Local Storage & iCloud

Your data is stored on your device. If you enable iCloud, Apple securely syncs a copy for your devices. We cannot access that data. Disable iCloud in system settings to stop sync.

4. Purchase Information

Premium purchases are processed by Apple. All purchases are final and non-refundable. We never see your payment card.

5. Notifications

If you enable reminders, we schedule local notifications based only on the dates you enter. No notification content is sent to external servers.

6. Security

We rely on iOS security and (if enabled) iCloud's encryption. Do not store full card numbers or sensitive bank credentials inside free text fields.

7. Your Choices

You control how KaCard stores your information:

• Delete the app to remove local data
• Disable iCloud to stop sync
• Turn off notifications in Settings > Notifications
• Reinstalling the app creates a fresh local store

8. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13. We intentionally collect no personal information.

9. Changes

We may update this policy for clarity or legal reasons. Material changes will update the "Last Updated" date.
