1. Acceptance
By downloading or using KaCard you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please delete the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to manage your own financial information in your jurisdiction.
3. License
We grant you a personal, non‑transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, per Apple's usage rules.
4. Premium Features
One‑time in‑app purchase unlocks additional features. Pricing may change for future users. Existing purchases remain honored.
5. No Financial Advice
Information and reminders generated by the app are for personal organization only and are NOT financial, legal, or tax advice.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for: (a) accuracy of data you enter, (b) verifying payment due dates with your bank, (c) safeguarding your device.
7. Prohibited Use
Do not reverse engineer, resell, automate scraping, inject malware, or misuse any part of the app.
8. In-app Purchases
Transactions are processed by Apple. All purchases are final and non-refundable.
9. Updates
We may update or discontinue features. We are not obligated to maintain legacy versions.
10. Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED ‘AS IS’ WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial losses arising from use of the app.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it.
13. Governing Law
Unless required otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, excluding conflict rules.
14. Changes
Material changes will update the 'Last Updated' date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
